Prime Communications - as a wholly owned subsidiary,
and Avaya Business Partner, specializes in Voice over IP (VoIP) products
and services. The offerings include end-to-end voice, data, internet, and
enhanced broadband solutions to small, medium and enterprise customers seeking
a cost effective IP solution.
Prime Communications offers enterprise wide
IP telephone solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and easy
to manage. The Prime Communications’ system
architecture allows companies with remote offices to take advantage of
internet broadband technology by integrating or replacing their existing
phone service with Prime’s VoIP hosted solution or by purchasing
most cost effective name brand VoIP solution. Currently, Prime is reselling
Avaya VoIP phone systems for enterprise and small business customers.
Prime is also adding products from Cisco, Panasonic, Polycom, and other
manufacturer to its portfolio of hardware products. Prime’s support
services are driven by Service Level Agreements (SLA), and can include
maintenance and support of VoIP based PBX systems, software and applications,

LOCATUM INC.
LOCATUM is a high reliability database retrieval system primarily for the use of public safety services in emergencies. However, it has a myriad of other non-emergency uses. With LOCATUM customers can electronically store a full complement of building floor and architectural plans and other functional information about a building for emergency use. Representative buildings include but are not limited to schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, apartment buildings, public sector buildings, office complexes, and even residential housing. Exterior information such as exterior design and plot plans can also be included. Initially, building plan storage will be limited to floor plans with critical areas like laboratories, cafeterias, and gyms. Locatum also stores other functional information such as location of people with special needs, their special needs, when they are located there and location of hazardous materials.
